Later Influence™ (formerly Mavrck) Survey Campaigns allow you to conduct research with influencers using a variety of question types.

Survey responses are saved to each influencers' profile as Influencer Properties, which are filterable and easily referenced for future campaigns.

Create a Survey Campaign

1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab and click the Create Campaign button in the bottom right corner.
2. Select Submit Survey as the campaign type.
3. Select All Members and continue.
4. Enter the campaign name and description. These fields will be reflected in the teaser when survey links are shared on social media. Click Save.
5. Customize the survey configuration (see below).
6. Add survey questions (see below).
7. Click Ready to save changes, then Schedule to set the campaign live.
   • If the publish date is current, the survey will be accessible immediately.
   • If the publish date is in the future, your survey will go live automatically at that time.

Survey configuration

• • • Name: Shown to survey respondents
    • Description (in Create Campaign dialog): Shown in the survey teaser
    • Description (in Survey Configuration section): Shown on the survey landing page
    • Image: Shown in the survey teaser and landing page, 800x800 pixels
    • Publish date: Leave as the current date (default) or set the survey live at a later time
    • End date: Set to close the survey automatically, or disable to keep the survey live indefinitely (Optional)
    • Reporting group: Associate survey metrics with a reporting group (Optional)
    • Incentive: Distribute incentives to respondents when the survey is completed (Optional)
    • Language: Select the language used for the survey navigation; survey questions are not translated automatically
    • Direct link access: Copy the survey URL here; disregard access options
    • Routing options: Enter a custom URL to route respondents to upon survey completion (Optional)

Survey questions

Click Add Question at the bottom of the page to add existing or new questions to the form.

Send survey to influencers

Messaging and workflow features are not available within Survey Campaigns. 

Share the survey with influencers by creating an additional Create Content campaign for distribution or using an ongoing campaign. 

Click the Copy button in the Direct Link Access section of the Survey Campaign to access the URL. Paste the survey link into a message template in the corresponding Create campaign and correspond with influencers via that campaign. 

Analyze responses

Navigate to the Survey Campaign and click Responses in the upper right corner.

Pie charts are automatically generated for all multiple-choice questions. Raw data for all questions is presented in the table below these charts. 

Export raw data by clicking the export icon in the table.

Export includes a column for each question on the survey, as well as:

• Respondent global ID
• Full name
• Submission timestamp
• Email
• Location
• Gender
• Age
• Instagram Handle

Influencer experience 

Respondents must use Facebook sign-in to access surveys. Email sign-in is not available for surveys.

All survey questions are presented on one page. Upon submitting answers, respondents are brought to a confirmation page, or redirected to the URL specified in the survey configuration setup.
