Setting and updating due dates in the platform is a key way to manage influencer expectations and automate communications.
Due dates are presented to influencers in the influencer campaign manager and due date merge tags are included in default campaign message templates.
When a new campaign is created, a due date can be set for all participants in the Influencer Deliverables section of the campaign setup. Due dates can also be customized individually or for influencers selected in bulk.
When a campaign’s due date passes, content will stop binding automatically. Moving the campaign’s due date to the future will resume content binding.
When draft review is enabled, all draft content deliverables include a draft due date, which can also be customized per influencer.
Setting a due date is not required, but it is strongly recommended. Due dates must be set to use related merge tags in message templates and other communications.

Setting a campaign-level due date
- When creating a new campaign, navigate to the Setup tab.
- Open the Influencer Deliverables sub-tab.
- Add at least one influencer deliverable and enter a due date.
- If draft submission is enabled in the campaign's workflow, enter a draft due date here as well.
The due date entered during the campaign setup will be applied to all influencers as they join the campaign.
Updating the due date in a Live campaign
If the due date in the campaign Setup section is after influencers have entered the campaign workflow, the new due date will only apply to new influencers as they are added to the campaign.
Influencers who are already in the campaign will still be assigned their original due date. Follow the steps below to update due dates for influencers already in the campaign.
Setting influencer-specific due dates
If the due date for the campaign has changed or each influencer will have a unique due date, set influencer-specific due dates.
- Navigate to the Workflow tab of the relevant campaign.
- Select the relevant influencer or influencers using the checkbox icons next to their images.
- Click the ... icon in the upper-right corner to open the Action menu.
- In the Action menu, select either Update Due Date or Update Draft Due Date.
- Enter the due date and click OK.
