Stripe is replacing PayPal as Later Influence™ (formerly Mavrck)’s payment processor partner as of September 2023. New customers will no longer have access to PayPal in their accounts. Pre-existing PayPal incentives are unaffected and will be fulfilled as usual. New campaigns will automatically use Stripe going forward. Learn more about using Stripe for cash incentives

When PayPal incentives are fulfilled, payment emails are delivered from PayPal to the influencer's contact email, by default. In some cases, an influencer may need to use a different email address to accept payments through PayPal successfully.
This article provides step-by-step instructions to edit the email address used to send a PayPal payment to an influencer. For additional context, please see PayPal Integration Overview.
View or edit an influencer's payment email:
- Click the influencer's name to open their contact details.
- Click the Payments tab* in the upper right corner.
- To edit, enter the influencer's preferred PayPal account email and click Save.
*The Payments tab is only visible when the PayPal integration is enabled.
The email address in this field will be used for all future PayPal payments to the influencer, from your brand or others.
When this field is empty, all PayPal payments will be sent to the influencer's contact email as is the default behavior.
For influencers:
If you are an influencer, please notify your campaign contact if your PayPal email address is different from the contact email address you entered during the sign-up process.
Some campaigns may ask you to confirm your PayPal email address before processing payments, but this step is not always included.
There is currently no way for influencers to manage their own payment email addresses.
