The draft review process is designed to support the easy submission and review of draft content between an influencer and a brand. Draft review may be used with any type of content requirement, and additionally supports sharing drafts with collaborators that do not have access to the Later Influence™ (formerly Mavrck) platform.

Set up a campaign with draft review
When creating a new campaign, enable draft submission in the initial workflow set up.
You can also enable draft review for an existing campaign, by (1) going to the campaign Setup tab, (2) clicking on the Workflow sub-tab, and (3) enabling the Draft and Draft Review stages.
Collect drafts from influencers
In campaigns where draft review is enabled, by default, the Posting Instructions message template will contain a link for influencers to submit their drafts. The influencers will need to be sent their "Draft Content Link" in order to submit drafts for your campaign.
Influencers can also be sent their draft link directly by adding the "Draft Content" link to a message template. Additionally, if your influencers are using the Influencer Campaign Manager (ICM) their draft submission link will be accessible via the ICM.
File size limits: 50MB (images), 500MB (videos)
Review drafts in the platform
Once influencers submit all draft requirements, they will be automatically promoted to the Draft Review stage of your campaign.
To view drafts, navigate to the Draft Review stage of the workflow and click the arrow icon in each influencer slat to open their campaign details, then open the Drafts tab.
From the Draft Review stage, you can:
- Leave comments for influencers in the Draft Feedback field
- Mark drafts as Approved, Approved with Corrections, or Needs Work (status displayed to the influencer)
When all drafts for an influencer are approved or approved with corrections, click the yellow "APPROVE" button to move the influencer to the Content Creation stage and send the Draft Approval message template.
If any draft is marked as Needs Work, send the influencer the Draft Revisions message template to prompt the influencer to re-submit their draft for review. The Draft Revisions template can be configured to send automatically when a draft is marked Needs Work (detailed in the next section).
Share feedback with influencers
Influencers can view their draft feedback (including the draft status and comments) at the same link where they submit drafts. This link is included within the "Draft Needs Revisions" and "Draft Approval" message templates. We recommend setting up these message templates to go out automatically to support the efficient review of your drafts. Additional information on the draft-specific message templates are outlined below:
-
Draft Approval

* If automation is enabled and multiple drafts are marked Needs Work, influencers will receive an email for each draft.
Review drafts with collaborators
When looking to review draft content with collaborators, you can generate a unique campaign link that collaborators can access to view drafts and provide feedback without logging in to the platform.
Simply navigate to the campaign with candidates to review and click the Share button in the header, then select Draft Review. Copy the link that is generated and send it to your collaborators.
Collaborators only have the ability to leave "internal comments" on the drafts submitted. Although collaborator comments are not shown to influencers, platform users will have the opportunity to review the collaborator's feedback and decide which information to pass along to the influencer via the feedback process outlined above.
Deleting Draft Content
This should not be used in place of the “Needs Work” feedback option.
If you need to permanently delete draft content, you can do so from the Drafts tab within the creator’s profile in the campaign by clicking the trash can icon in the upper right corner.
After deleting the draft:
- The draft will be removed from the Drafts tab, the Shareable Draft Review link, and from the Drafts section of the creator-facing campaign manager
- The number of drafts submitted by the influencer will update to reflect the number of deleted drafts
Deleting a draft does not trigger an automated email to the creator. We recommend sending creators a new message to request draft content.
Creators can also delete draft content from their campaign manager, up until the point that any feedback has been given on the submission. Once a draft has been approved or feedback has been given, the creator will no longer be able to delete their draft from the ICM.
If you have deleted a draft by mistake, please email support@mavrck.co with the names of the relevant campaign and creator.
