The Influencer Campaign Manager (ICM) allows influencers to access all the information and actions they need to complete a campaign in one place, reducing the frequency and complexity of email communications.
In this article:
ICM Overview
To grant influencers access to the ICM, send them a message containing a custom auto-login link.
There are two ways to view the ICM, and two merge tags to send influencers links to either one: Campaign Details and Campaign List.
- Campaign Details: Direct link to the details of a specific campaign.
- Campaign List: Access to all of the active and past campaigns in your program where the influencer is a participant.
The Campaign Details merge tag is included in the default message templates in all new campaigns.
Influencers can access the Campaign List from the Campaign Details page.
Influencers who have access to the Campaign List page already from a previous campaign can see additional Campaign Details pages only when they are both a participant of the campaign and the ICM is enabled at the campaign-level.
Task Alerts
Depending on the influencers' workflow stage in the campaign, an alert will display at the top of the campaign manager, directing them to their next task. These tasks include:
- Confirming participation
- Submitting draft content
- Reviewing draft feedback
- Creating content
- Reconnecting social accounts
- Awaiting payment
Section Details
The following section is designed to give you a look at how the ICM appears to influencers in a typical campaign. The campaign manager features a mobile-first design for influencers' easy access.
Campaign Overview
Influencers are prompted with a next step relevant to each stage of the workflow. In this example, the influencer is in the Draft stage and is prompted with the link to submit their draft content.
This section will also display the following details from your campaign setup:
- Campaign name
- Influencer deliverables
- Required hashtags
- Content due date
- Incentive type
From this screen, influencers are also able to click All Campaigns to be brought to their Campaign List view. This link will show them all campaigns that they have been accepted into within your program.
Campaign Details (Campaign Brief)
This section is optional and fully customizable. Use the text box in the Influencer Deliverables section of campaign setup to add instructions or guidelines for influencers.
Content Deliverables
The influencer deliverables added in campaign setup are reflected here, allowing influencers to see which content deliverables have been received or are still pending. Influencers can self-report content in this section.
Social Accounts
Influencers can manage their connected social apps here.
Profile Details
Influencers can view and edit their responses to application questions (influencer properties) as well as manage their contact information and privacy settings.
