The Performance Forecast can be found by navigating to the workflow tab of a campaign and selecting the speedometer icon in the top right (by the export button).
Calculations
Influencer count, total average engagements, total average impressions
= Value in Complete + (Value in participant workflow stages * 0.80)
Why multiply by 0.80?
Based on our internal data, 0.80 (80%) is the average completion rate (the percentage of influencers who will post) for influencers after receiving their incentive. Participant workflow stages are defined as everything past the Applied stage and before the Complete stage.
Average engagement rate (for all rows)
= Total Average Engagements / Total Average Impressions
Color coding of target influencer count
Target Influencer Count is set in the Marketing Plan section of campaign setup.
If the forecasted number is:
- Less than the target, then the number will be red
- Greater than or equal to the target, then the number will be green
Example use case
Consider reviewing the forecast of applicants in the Applied stage before you accept them. If your forecasted engagement rate is lower than you’d like, focus on accepting influencers with high engagement rates.
