Content self-reporting enables influencers to add posts and associated metrics to the platform when content cannot be bound automatically via a network API integration.
To understand which content types can and cannot be bound automatically, please see Collecting Campaign Content.
Self-Reporting Overview
Influencers can self-report required or non-required content through the Influencer Campaign Manager. There is a link to self-report content in the Content Deliverables section.
A direct link to self-report content outside of the ICM can also be generated and shared with influencers by sending a message containing the Self-Report Content Link merge tag.
The file size limit for self-reported content is 75 MB for photos and 500 MB for videos.
Once an influencer self-reports content, it will appear in the Content tab of your campaign.
Influencers cannot edit their content once it has been self-reported, but it can be edited in the platform via the Content section at any time.
Instagram Content
Instagram in-feed posts require verification in the platform before they are added to your campaign. Pending self-reported Instagram content will appear in the History tab of the influencer's campaign details. Instagram content should be bound automatically when possible for the most accurate performance data.
