With Later Influence's PayPal integration, you can use a Later Influence-owned PayPal account to send cash payments to influencers directly through the platform.

What is the process to use a Later Influence-owned PayPal account if I work with Later Influence’s Services team? 

1. You will work with your Customer Success Manager and Services team member to decide on the correct incentive amount that needs to be paid to influencers. Typically, brands work with Later Influence on an annual or quarterly basis to plan their incentive spending. 
2. Once the incentive amount is finalized, Later Influence will send you an incentive request form to sign. Once signed, Later Influence can then invoice you for the needed incentives. Please note that Later Influence’s Services team cannot launch a campaign until we have your incentive form signed. 
3. Later Influence will send you an invoice to pay your incentive funds, which includes our incentive management fee. We will then hold your funds in our bank account to pay influencers when applicable.
4. Later Influence’s Services team will handle all incentive payments on your behalf! Once we have the funds on hand, we will be able to pay influencers after the completion of any of your campaigns. 
5. If we run low on funds, or forecast needing more, you will work with Later Influence to sign a new incentive form so we can refill your incentive bank. 

What is the process to use a Later Influence-owned PayPal account if I don't work with Later Influence’s Services team?

3. Later Influence will send you an invoice to pay your incentive funds to us, which includes our incentive management fee. Once we receive your funds, we’ll transfer them to PayPal. 
4. Once your funds are in PayPal, you will be able to pay influencers inside of Later Influence via our PayPal integration.  
5. If we run low on funds, or forecast needing more, you will work with Later Influence to sign a new incentive form so we can refill your incentive bank. 

When will Later Influence's Services Team launch a campaign?

• Only once you have signed your incentive request form will our Services team be able to launch a campaign on your behalf. This policy ensures that payments to influencers are always aligned with your campaign timeline. 

When will my influencers be paid?

• If you are working with Later Influence’s Services team to manage payments, we will pay influencers net-30 after the due date of the campaign. If we have not received your incentive funds, we will not be able to pay influencers until those funds have been received. 
• If you are a customer that does not work with our services team, you are able to pay influencers whenever you would like, as long as we have received your funds. Our best practice is paying influencers net-30 after the due date of the campaign.

What if I need to pay an influencer urgently?

• For brands working with our Services team, we transfer funds from our bank to PayPal once a week based on your scheduled payments. This is to protect your funds to ensure we only use the exact budgeted campaign amount. If you have missed that transfer, you must wait until next week's transfer for our team to be able to pay an influencer. 
• For self-serve brands, you can pay influencers any time you would like, as long as we have received your funds.

What are the associated fees?

• In order to leverage Later Influence’s Services team or use our PayPal account as a self-serve brand, we charge a 10% incentive management fee that applies to all incentive payments. 
• If you would like to use Later Influence’s Services team to help with paying out your influencers, this also requires an additional Services License.

What are the benefits of working with Later Influence's Services Team to fulfill payments?

• In addition to leading customer influencer strategy and executing campaigns from start to finish, our Services team fulfills hundreds to thousands of payments a week, ensuring influencers are paid when they need to be. If you already have purchased a service license, fulfilling influencer payments is something we can easily do on your behalf.
