Many brands use a draft review process in their campaigns to review content before it is published.
If you're participating in a campaign with draft review, you'll be prompted to upload your content and captions to the platform before posting. The brand will share feedback through the same portal.
Submitting Drafts
- Open your custom draft link, sent via email or found in the campaign manager.
- Click Submit Now, found next to each item on the list of content deliverables.
- Click Upload or drag and drop a file into the photo/video field.
75 MB max photo size. 500 MB max video size. Standard file formats are supported. - Enter a caption and include the required hashtags.
- Enter additional notes.
- If multiple drafts are required for one content type, use this field to label them.
The unique deliverables of each campaign are included in posting instructions from the brand. Always read communications closely to ensure you meet specific guidelines and policies.
At the bottom of the page, there is a link to submit additional drafts, including non-required content and revisions.
Deleting Drafts
You may delete a submitted draft and re-upload new content if the brand has not yet approved or provided feedback on your submission. If the brand has already provided feedback, you will be unable to delete your draft but can still submit new content for review.
To delete the draft:
- Click the Review button on any deliverable for which you have submitted draft content.
- If the team you are working with has not yet provided feedback you will see a Delete button.
- To permanently delete the draft, click Delete
Reviewing Feedback
Brands will typically send you an email once all your drafts have been reviewed, which will contain your draft link to view feedback. You can also access feedback from the drafts section of the campaign manager.
To view feedback, click Review next to each item on the list of content deliverables, and check the status in the upper-right corner:
- Submitted: Content has not been reviewed yet.
- Approved: Content has been approved with no edits.
- Approved with Corrections: Content has been approved with minor edits. Additional review is not required but read campaign communications closely.
- Needs Revisions: Content has been reviewed and the brand requires revisions. Submit new content and complete the second round of feedback before posting.
Comments left by the brand are included in the Feedback from Marketer field.
