With email forwarding, you can receive notifications for campaign messages to your login email address, in addition to the platform inbox. Email forwarding is the first of a series of projects to improve notifications and alerts from the platform, ensuring that you never miss a step.
Overview
- Select the gear icon to manage campaign notifications
- Receive messages and reply directly to influencers from your work inbox
- Forwarded messages contain a link to the sender's profile in your campaign for easy reference
- All messages and replies will continue to be stored in the platform
Notes
- Messages will only be forwarded to your email for influencers that have been accepted into the campaign and aren't already in the Complete stage
- This logic eliminates extra noise in your inbox to ensure you’re able to prioritize the most time-sensitive influencer messages
- Forwarded messages are grouped into threads to limit the number of messages in your inbox
