Troubleshooting TikTok Connection Issues
Not seeing pop-up window from TikTok
If you’re not seeing the pop-up window from TikTok when attempting to connect your account, it’s most likely that your browser (or a browser extension) is blocking it.

If you’re still having trouble after that, try connecting from an Incognito or private browsing window. See instructions for opening private windows on popular browsers below:
Wrong TikTok account is being connected
If the incorrect TikTok account is being connected to Later Influence, it’s usually because you’re already logged into that account in your browser window and the connection module is picking up on that automatically.
To troubleshoot this, try connecting your TikTok account from an Incognito or private browsing window. This will prompt you to log into the specific TikTok account you’d like to connect.
