With Stripe, you can seamlessly send ACH direct deposit payments to creators for all cash incentives. Creators will be able to onboard to Stripe and link their bank account so you can be sure payments are being sent to and received by the correct party.
What about PayPal?
We will not be shutting off our PayPal integration until March 2024 and will work closely with you to transition as seamlessly as possible to Stripe.
Any existing campaigns running with a PayPal incentive should be completed as-is. When all PayPal incentives have been fulfilled, your remaining balance can be transferred to Stripe with the click of a button.
How do I add funds to Stripe?
Like PayPal, contact your Customer Success Manager to facilitate adding additional campaign funds to your Stripe account.
How do I move funds from PayPal to Stripe?
- Click Incentives in the left sidebar
- Click the “Transactions tab in the upper right
- Click the Transfer Funds to Stripe button
- Enter the amount you would like to transfer
- Click Next
Once this is complete, the transferred funds will no longer be available to pay creators via PayPal. We recommend waiting until all creators are paid out in PayPal before moving all funds over to Stripe.
Can I send money from Stripe back to PayPal?
Yes, if you send your funds over too early you will be able to revert it back to PayPal.

- Enter the amount you would like to transfer
- Click Next
Can I switch a PayPal Incentive to Stripe?
Yes, if you have existing PayPal incentives you would like to switch to Stripe you can edit the incentive. See additional instructions here.
- Navigate to the Setup tab within a campaign
- Click Incentives from the left sidebar menu
- Click the pencil icon to the right of the incentive
- Select Direct Deposit via Stripe as the payment method
- Click Save
How do I create a new Stripe Incentive?
You can create a Stripe incentive for a campaign or an individual, the same as you would for any cash incentive. See additional instructions here.
- Create a new campaign, or navigate to an existing campaign
- If you use an existing campaign, you’ll have to set it to draft mode to make changes
- Click the Setup tab (at the top), then the Incentives sub-tab (in the left sidebar)
- Click the + icon to create a new incentive
- Under Incentive type, select Cash
- Under How will you pay?, select Direct Deposit via Stripe
- Enter the payment amount
- Select the fulfillment workflow stage (Pre-Payment or Post-Payment), or leave blank
- Click Save
How will creators know about the switch?
All default message templates will mention Stripe as the new payment vendor and include details on how to onboard via Stripe. You can edit any of these messages within the Message tab of Campaign Setup. See additional instructions here.
My creator did not get an onboarding email. Can I send them a link?
Yes, you can send a manual onboarding email by following the steps below:
- Open the Influencer Admin Modal
- Click the Payments tab
- Click Email reminder to send the creator a new onboarding email
What does the onboarding process look like?

How do I know if a creator has finished onboarding to Stripe?
Once a creator has completed onboarding, you will see a purple S next to their name in your campaign overview. If they have not completed their onboarding there will be a yellow circle with an exclamation mark.
What happens if I send a creator the wrong amount?
If you have sent a creator the wrong amount and need to reverse the payment, please submit a ticket here including the campaign name, creator name, and amount.
