Marketers can now click to instantly request audience insights for creators whose profiles do not already display them. Simply click the Request button and wait up to 5 minutes before refreshing to see the insights.
Shareable Link Design Update
Easily share a list of creators who have applied to your campaign for vetting across your team. Clearly see creator insights, recent media, and votes from your team.
YouTube Shorts Self-Report
Creators and marketers can now self-report or manually report YouTube Shorts content and metrics. Simply add Youtube Shorts as a deliverable and request creators self-report metics.

Delete Draft Submissions

Keep campaigns on track by communicating with creators, business partners and managers during working hours. Send emails to international influencers across time zones by scheduling messages in advance so your campaigns can keep moving forward while you're off the clock.
Audience Authenticity Flag
We've updated our warnings to reflect inauthentic followers or engagement, helping your team make better decisions while selecting creators to partner with.
Our Audience Authenticity Flag is based on a machine learning algorithm that analyzes the ratio between engagements and impressions across thousands of influencers. With this model, we can easily detect posts which are significant outliers, indicating that engagements were acquired through programmatic means (bots).
You can find an influencer's audience authenticity flag by navigating to their "Insights" tab (see below). Based on the result of our algorithm, we give the influencer one of the following authenticity flags:
- Analysis suggestions some risk of inauthentic followers/ or engagement
- Analysis does not suggest risk of inauthentic followers/ or engagement
New TikTok Metrics
TikTok API updates now allow Mavrck to share more content metrics including Avg View time and Video Completion Rate. These are available when previewing TikTok content in the lightbox, or when exporting content metrics.

Which TikTok creators can I work with?
You can work with any TikTok creator, age 18 or older, regardless of follower count or participation in the Creator Marketplace. Creators must tag their campaign posts on TikTok as Branded Content.
Will all creators have follower counts? Audience insights?
Not yet. Follower counts and audience insights data are separate from this API update. The only creators that will have follower counts and audience insights are those that are in the TikTok Creator Marketplace and have authenticated their accounts.
What metrics will we get with the API update?
Views, Comments, Likes, Shares, and Engagement Rate.
How can I start tracking TikTok content?
Add a TikTok deliverable to an entire campaign, using the Campaign Setup tab, or to an individual influencer within a campaign, using the Deliverables tab of their campaign details, then point creators to the Posting Link in their campaign manager to upload their videos.
Can I assign and modify TikTok deliverables for specific influencers within campaigns?
Yes. All the flexible deliverable options described in Content Deliverable Assignment are now applicable to TikTok deliverables, including:
- Editing TikTok deliverables in Live campaigns
- Assigning TikTok deliverables to specific influencers or groups
- Deleting TikTok deliverables
When a TikTok deliverable is added to an individual influencer within a campaign, a Posting Link is generated in their campaign manager and your merge tag options in messages.
What are the Branded Content regulations on TikTok?
Any creator with a valid handle, age 18 or older, may post Branded Content.
TikTok prohibits Branded Content related to a number of industries. See TikTok's Branded Content Policy for the most up-to-date list. Prohibited industries include:
- Alcohol
- Cigarettes and tobacco products
- Drug-related products and services
- Weapons
- Gambling
- Sexual products and services
- Political content
- Products and services that enable dishonest behavior
- Animals
- Professional services
- Pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and medicine products
- Financial products or services or opportunities
- Contraceptive products
- Dating and live video applications or services
- Age-rated films, TV shows, and games
How is this update different than Mavrck's previous integration with TikTok?
Mavrck was an early partner with the Beta version of the TikTok Creator Marketplace API and we have worked closely with TikTok to improve the creator workflow.
Now, TikTok has updated its API and Mavrck has implemented a new version of the integration.
Highlights of this new workflow are:

Open to more creators
- Previously, creators had to be members of the TikTok Creator Marketplace to participate in campaigns
- Now, all creators over age 18 are eligible, regardless of follower count or Creator Marketplace status

No special invitation workflow
- Previously, creators had to opt-in to campaigns through both TikTok and Mavrck
- Now, creators are invited to and opt-in to campaigns entirely through Mavrck

All content is captured in one place
- Previously, some videos could be missing from campaigns due to error
- Now, all videos are linked with campaigns through special Posting Links
Will the TCM workflow still exist?
No. Campaigns created after March 30, 2023 will use the new workflow. The previous TCM workflow will be deprecated once all applicable campaigns have ended.

Stay organized and streamline your automated messaging templates by selecting existing templates to clone and repurpose, rearrange, or delete.
Simply select the three dots to the right of the message to clone or delete, or grab and move existing messages.
Custom Draft Feedback Formatting
Format your feedback exactly the way you want, to get content that exactly fits your needs.
You can now send formatted draft feedback text to influencers - simply start typing within the draft field and use the toolbar to modify the text, including bold text, bullets, links, and more.
The creator will see your comments exactly as you have entered them, making communicating feedback clear and easy to understand.

Search
Sourcing TikTok creators is made even easier with new search filters
Use TikTok network filters to search for creators who have a TikTok account, creators who are part of the TikTok Creator Marketplace, and by follower account.
Find similar influencers at the click of a button, with improved results
The similar search function is now available by simply hovering over a creator's name in the Influencer Index. You can still use "similar:" in keyword searches to find similar creators with custom queries.
The similar search algorithm was also updated to reference additional content, including Instagram captions and hashtags, to discover more profiles with deep similarities.
Search for influencers with emojis
Emojis are now supported in Mavrck searches, helping you find the best creators and audiences for specific campaigns or your brand niche using emojis.
More than just fun, emojis can be a powerful search tool, like in the examples below:

When campaign content cannot be tracked automatically, influencers can now self-report Instagram posts in addition to other content types.
Incentives
Find payments and other transactions with ease using new ledger filters
Filter your PayPal and Tango Card transactions by type, payment account, status, and date. Use keyword search to locate transactions with specific recipients.
Set up PayPal payments automatically using influencer quotes
The Quote & Concept feature, which collects quote rates from influencers when applying for campaigns, is now able to create PayPal incentives automatically, in the amounts quoted.
Reports
Easily add top-performing influencers to new campaigns and lists from the Performance tab
You can now view all the influencers who created content in a campaign in the Top Influencers section of the Performance tab and make selections to add them to future collaborations.
Influencer Experience
Influencers with Instagram Personal accounts no longer need to reconnect
Access tokens for Instagram Personal accounts are now refreshed automatically before they expire, eliminating the need for influencers to reconnect on a regular basis.
New design applied to the email sign-up confirmation message
The confirmation message sent when influencers log in with a new email for the first time has been upgraded to a new format that incorporates your brand colors and logo.
TikTok
Mavrck is now integrated with the TikTok Creator Marketplace!
The TikTok Creator Marketplace (TCM) integration enables you to run campaigns on TikTok entirely from Mavrck, collecting video content and performance metrics automatically.
